Conditions of Entry

ADMISSION

Registration is required for all trade visitors, and a badge must be worn at all times. Admission is restricted to professional and business visitors.

Delegates should be engaged in legitimate professional areas of the manufacturing industry.

All stand personnel, delegates, guests, stand contractors and services acknowledge that only the Organiser’s official admission badge, worn by the person named on it, will permit admission into National Manufacturing Week.

Any person found to be registering to attend National Manufacturing Week using false information or credentials or deliberately with-holding information may have their application automatically denied.

CANVASSING
Entry to NMW is permitted to trade visitors on the condition that they do not attempt to canvass products or services whilst visiting the exhibition. Any visitor attempting to canvass NMW exhibitors or visitors will be asked to leave.

STUDENTS
All students must contact Reed Exhibitions for registration. Please contact our team at nmw@reedexhibitions.com.au with the name of your college, university or TAFE and the size of the group.

NMW is strictly a trade business event and it is not open to the general public. No primary or secondary student groups are allowed to attend the exhibition.

CHILDREN
For trade visitors with children, please visit the registration desk at the entrance of the event to sign a disclaimer form before entering the exhibition to acquire an ‘Accompanied Guest’ pass for your child(ren).

No children are permitted under the age of 14 unless accompanied by an adult.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

A valid visa may be required to enter Australia. For information about visas contact the Australian Embassy in your country.

Reed Exhibitions Australia Pty Ltd does not issue ‘Letters of Invitation’ to visitors that wish to attend the exhibition. The ‘Confirmation of Registration’ that is automatically generated and sent via email after successful online registration should be used by visitors when they are applying for a VISA to enter Australia.

PHOTOGRAPHY

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors and their products, no video or still photography from digital cameras or mobile phones is permitted.

SMOKING 

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
