Over the past few weeks, Reed Exhibitions has been undergoing a thorough and extensive review of our entire events portfolio in order to reshape our company to maintain a strong and progressive business for the future.
It is with regret that I announce that National Manufacturing Week and Advanced Manufacturing Expo will be discontinued and no longer be a part of Reed Exhibitions’ list of events.
There is no doubt that National Manufacturing Week was a great event with a long and successful history, and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with the industry.
Reed Exhibitions valued its 20 yearlong partnership with AMTIL, which enabled the successful co-location of National Manufacturing Week and Austech and are confident that the continued success of Austech will serve the manufacturing industry and its long term growth. We wish AMTIL every success as they continue to play their part in growing the Australian manufacturing sector.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers, partners, suppliers and friends within this wonderful, innovative and creative industry. We hope our event played some small role in bringing the community together and providing a space where one could form long lasting relationships.
Finally, I would like to thank the National Manufacturing Week team, who have worked tirelessly and passionately over the years in order to make this event what it was. This announcement is in no way indicative of their incredible hard work.
Thank you once again for all your incredible support over the years. It is my sincere hope that our paths will cross again in the future.
