Looking at BlueScope Steel’s  approach to addressing mental health and wellness in the workplace.

BlueScope Steel has over 3,000 employees, a large majority of which are men. This presentation will give attendees an insight into the success that BlueScope Steel has had in addressing mental health amongst its workforce and in particular combating anxiety and depression.

It will look at how their program was so successful it was replicated at other nationwide sites. Lara will also discuss their innovative approach into addressing workplace wellness through their fitness passport.
