Integrated employee wellbeing and safety: Joining the dots

Many workplace health programs focus too heavily on a single aspect of health. Be it diet, exercise, or stress management; addressing certain behaviours in isolation is incongruent with real life. In the real world, our mental health has implications on our physical behaviours and vice-versa.

Through years of experience, we know that it makes more behavioural sense to develop programs which help employees join the dots between their physical, mental, and emotional health rather than simply pushing them towards a specific isolated behaviour.

Discussing case studies, we’ll explore how giving employees better insight and tools to understand or manage their behaviours in the real world can provide far more productive and sustainable health changes.

It’s far more than just providing one-off testing, auditing or general education. It’s essential to take the next step – implementing activities to reduce individual risk relating to injury and health across the entire workforce population
