MIGAS employs apprentices, trainees and school-based trainees and hosts them to businesses across Australia. With branches in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and W.A., we can cover all of your workplace locations and give you the support you need. We specialise in the manufacturing and engineering industries as well as servicing a wide range of trades and commercial fields. We advertise, recruit, pre-screen and aptitude test the most suitable applicants for you, and shortlist them so you can select the best placement for your workplace. We handle all administration and Government paperwork, book TAFE, and take care of payroll, allowances and Super. We provide the placement with uniforms, boots and basic PPE, organise their tool purchases, conduct regular performance assessments, and much more. This makes it as easy as possible for you as the host company, and the apprentice, trainee or school-based trainee. Does your current apprentice provider do all of that for you? Safety is our highest priority. Our Field Officers and OH&S Coordinator will drop everything to get to any situation regarding safety. We run all placements through a full comprehensive Safety Induction, which includes exercises and testing, prior to them commencing their apprenticeship in your workplace.
