According to conference chair Ray Edwards, the conference will present more than a dozen speakers on key topics relating to excellence, with presentations and case studies on manufacturing, banking, health, Six Sigma, behavioural change, business turnaround and the Heijunka production system.
In addition, it will incorporate a full-day visual thinking seminar presented by Dr Gwendolyn Galsworth from the USA, whose presentation proved very popular at the AME’s 2007 Conference in Melbourne.
The conference will be held adjacent to NMW, giving delegates the opportunity to visit the exhibition, which runs from May 28-31. Speakers at the conference include:
